  • How can I book an apartment?

You can call, fax, send an email or book using our website.

  • Where can I find a price list?

On the welcome page of our website. Just click “book now” and enter the details of your stay to check availability and prices. Depending on the season, prices for the smaller apartments are between 79,00 EUR and 199,00 EUR and between 89,00 EUR and 250,00 EUR for our large apartments. Of course you have a “best-price guarantee”, if you book with us. Just contact us, if you find a better price on the internet.

  • What are the times of arrival and departure in the hotel?

The apartments are available from 3:00 p.m. on your day of arrival until 10:00 a.m. on your day of departure.
If you arrive early or wish to leave Rostock a bit later you can leave your luggage or car at the hotel after notifying us.

April to September

Monday to Friday7:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Saturday & Sunday    8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.


October to March

Monday to Friday7:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Saturday & Sunday    9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

 

If you do arrive outside of our business hours, please contact us, so we can leave your keycards in our safe.

  • Does the hotel provide parking lots?

Our hotel has its own garage from where you can reach your apartment by using the elevator. The charge is 12,00 EUR per day/night.

  • Is breakfast included in the price?

Accommodation costs are excluding breakfast. To start your day we will be glad to offer an extensive breakfast (10,00 EUR per person) in your apartment.

  • Is it possible to book a room for one night only?

Of course you can book for one night only. However, seasonal holidays or the Hanse Sail might be an exception.

  • Is it possible to book a room for a long-term stay?

We will be glad to provide apartments for long-term stays. Please contact us for an individual offer.

  • Can I cancel a booking?

Cancellations are free of charge until 4 a.m. of the day of arrival. (Exception: Long-term stays and group reservations) In case of later cancellations or no-show we will charge 80 % of the accommodation costs.

  • Which methods of payment are possible?

You can pay cash, with an electronic cash card or credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Amex) on your day of arrival. For long-term stays alternative conditions may be arranged in advance.

  • Is it possible to book extra beds?

You may book extra beds for your apartment at a price of 30,00 EUR per night.
Depending on the layout of the apartment we may have to place the bed in the living room instead of the bedroom.

  • Do I have to bring my own bedlinen and towels?

No. The beds have clean sheets, and we put a set of towels for each person in the bathroom. This service is included in the price for the apartment.

  • Does the hotel provide internet access for the guests?

You can use our wireless internet connection throughout the hotel. In the apartments we have installed an additional wired connection at the desk. These services are free of charge.

  • Is there an elevator?

The hotel is entirely disabled accessible. Every floor can be comfortably reached with the elevator.

  • Will my room be cleaned during my stay?

We will clean your apartment once a week, if you have booked a longer stay. This also includes a change of towels and bedlinen.  
In addition, the rooms have cleaning materials that you are free to use.

  • Are pets allowed in the hotel?

Pets are more than welcome. The charge is 10,00 EUR a night.

  • Can I smoke in the hotel?

This is non-smoking hotel. Smoking is permitted only on the balconies and in the garage. You can ask for an ashtray at the reception desk.

  • Is the hotel situated in a calm area? Do the bedroom windows face the street?

Whether the bedroom windows face the street depends on the category and the position of the apartment you have booked. All windows are triple glazed and soundproof.
If you wish to book an apartment with bedroom windows facing our courtyard, please contact us. We will try to fulfil your wish.

  • Do I have to bring a cot?

Cots and high chairs are available. Children until the age of three are free guests in our hotel.

  • Is it possible to book hypo-allergenic bedding?

Please contact us beforehand. We will be glad to provide hypo-allergenic bedding.

  • Are the apartments equipped with a hairdryer?

All bathrooms are equipped with a hairdryer.

  • Is there a laundry service in the hotel?

We will be glad to wash and dry your laundry for 10,00 EUR per load.

  • Is there a place for bikes in the hotel?

As a “Bett+Bike” hotel certified by the ADFC, we provide a place in the hotel's own garage where you can leave your bikes free of charge.

  • Can I purchase gift coupons for your hotel?

We will be glad to issue an individual gift coupon according to your wishes.

  • Is the hotel disabled accessible?

The hotel is disability friendly. Both the elevator and the apartments are built at ground level. However, the showers can only be accessed with help, because the door entry height is 18 cm (appr. 7 inch). Shower stools are provided for. We will be glad to offer advice for your stay with us.
